When your Digimon is on the field and has a speech bubble icon next to them, interact with them to start a conversation. The dialogue option that you choose will gradually change the Digimon's Personality and increase their Bond.

There is a chance that your Reserve Member Digimon will send a message to you on Digiline. You can reply to their message by choosing one of the dialogue options to change their Personality.

The Training Sets at the Digifarm allow you to shift a Digimon's Personality and boost a specific stat. This is a more reliable method as it is a passive process that does not take your time away from progressing the main story.

If you have a Digimon that you want to Digivolve into a specific form, you can change its Personality to boost the stats that you need in order to fulfill unlock condition of its Digivolution.
For example, changing Tsumemon's Personality to Daring boosts its ATK and DEF growth. This makes it faster to increase its ATK stat, making it possible to Digivolve it into Black Agumon.

Changing the Digimon's Personality to match it with its lower form is one of the requirements needed to De-Digivolve it.

You can unlock Agent Skills under the Bonds of Valor, Philanthropy, Amicability, and Wisdom categories to enhance the stats of your Digimon with the respective Personality type.
Note that you cannot respec Agent Skills once you have spent Anomaly Points on it, so be sure to choose carefully before proceeding.
