The Ultimate Edition contains the Costume Pack, which includes 12 new costumes (3 for each of the 4 characters) and 3 additional side missions; the early unlock of special Agumon and Gabumon (including their Digivolution conditions to specific Digimon), the Public Safety Suit Costumes & Special Supplies Set, and the Cyber Sleuth BGM Pack.

The Deluxe Edition contains the Costume Cyber Sleuth Set on launch, as well as the Season Pass content, which will be rolled out by September 30, 2026. The Season Pass includes new trainable Digimon, new Digivolution routes for Mega Digimon, 3 Episode Packs that expand upon the main story, and the bonus Farm Item Golden Moai.
