Triumph Is Mine can be unlocked during The Final Battle over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to finish the Side Mission, Premonitions of Love, to unlock it.

Once the Side Mission is unlocked, you'll receive a message from Minervamon in your Digivice!

Triumph Is Mine Start Location

To start Triumph Is Mine, head to Rebellion Village (Present Day) via Time Jump and speak with Minervamon at the center of the area.

Minervamon will immediately ask you to fight her. Win the battle to proceed.

Finish the conversation with Minervamon to wrap up the quest and get your rewards. Upon leaving the area, you'll unlock the follow-up Side Mission, Minervamon's Decision.

Minervamon is a Virus type that's weak to Fire and Electricity. Bring Vaccine digimon like Apollomon, WarGreymon, and HerculesKabuterimon to target Minervamon's weaknesses.

If you have enough CP built up, use Cross Art: High Field to buff your entire party's stats and strengthen their attacks. Aegiochusmon's Electricity skills will also work well against Minervamon during the battle.
