Defeat Enemy Digimon to Increase Its Scan Rate

Enemy Digimon

To obtain and recruit a Digimon to your party, you need to defeat multiple instances of it in battle until its Scan Rate is between 100% and 200%.

Defeating a Digimon increases the Scan Rate by about 20%. If you see a Digimon you want to convert, prioritize fighting it to increase the Scan Rate.

Convert a Digimon with a Scan Rate Between 100% and 200%

Convert Digimon Screen

Once a Digimon is between 100% and 200% Scan Rate, open your Digivice and go to the Digimon menu. Choose Convert and select a Digimon you want to materialize to add them to your party or in the Box.

A Digimon with a Scan Rate close to 200% will have higher Talent (level limit) and max HP, so be sure to take the time to find and defeat enemy Digimon to get their Scan Rate on that percentage.
