Side Mission Unlock Conditions

Showdown with the Immortal Steed can be unlocked during The Final Battle over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to complete the Side Mission, Knowing One's Strength, to unlock it.

Once the Side Mission is unlocked, you'll receive a message from Craniamon in your Digivice!

Meet Craniamon at the Dark Garden

Showdown with the Immortal Steed Start Location

To start Showdown with the Immortal Steed, head to Dark Crevasse (Present Day) via Time Jump and speak with Craniamon outside Plutomon's throne room at the Dark Garden.

Upon starting the quest, you'll immediately go into battle with Enbarrmon. The fight will be easier as Craniamon will also join as a guest member.

Showdown with the Immortal Steed Step 2
Finish the conversation with Craniamon to get your rewards. After this, Craniamon will also return to the rendezvous point for the Royal Knights, Assemble! Side Mission.

Another follow-up Side Mission called Secrets Are for Sharing will be unlocked, but it's more of an epilogue to Craniamon's quest chain.

How to Beat Enbarrmon

Enbarrmon is a Data type that's weak to Fire and Light. You can use Virus digimon like Megidramon, Beelstarmon, and Puppetmon to target Enbarrmon's Fire weakness and reduce damage from Enbarrmon's Dark attacks.

Aegiochusmon: Holy can use Lightning Shower to land stronger hits against Enbarrmon. Since Craniamon will also deal a lot of damage on its own, the fight will be quick as long as you keep using Fire and Light attacks.
