Increase Talent of a Digimon

Talent Level

Talent serves as the level cap of a Digimon, a higher Talent level means higher level cap.

Those with higher Scan Rate start with a higher Talent Level, so make sure to have a 200% Scan Rate on a Digimon before converting them.

By default, the level limit of a Digimon with a 100% Scan Rate is 10 for In-Training Digimon, 15 for Rookie Digimon, and 20 for Champion Digimon.

How to Increase Talent Level

Participate in Battles

The best way to increase the Talent Level of your Digimon is to have them participate in battles.

Actions such as hitting an enemy's weak point, finishing off an enemy, and winning the battle without taking damage increase a Digimon's Talent.

Try to win battles without taking damage and exploit enemy weaknesses for a bigger increase!

Train Digimon at the Digifarm

Training Sets

Training your Digimon at the Digifarm also increases their Talent Level. This method works best if you have a Digimon that you want to Digivolve in a specific form and want to raise them passively as you progress the main quest.

Digivolve Screen

A Digimon's Talent Level also increases when they Digivolve. In order to Digivolve, you need to check the Digimon's requirements on the Digivolution screen before proceeding. This usually means increasing certain stats and raising your Agent Rank.

De-Digivolving Does Not Decrease Talent Level

De-Digivolving does not decrease your Digimon's Talent Level. This means that it is possible to raise the stats and level limit of a Digimon through repeated Digivolution and De-Digivolution.
