Longing for Akihabara can be unlocked during The Final Battle over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to finish the Side Mission, A Gift from the Hosts, to unlock it.

Once the Side Mission is unlocked, you'll receive a message from Vulcanusmon in your Digivice!

Longing for Akihabara Start Location

To start Longing for Akihabara, head to Factorial Town (8 Years Ago) via Time Jump and speak with Vulcanusmon in the Factorial Core.

Longing for Akihabara Step 1
After accepting Vulcanusmon's request, head back to the In-Between Theater and Time Jump to Higashi-Shinjuku: Back Alley (8 Years Ago).

Longing for Akihabara Step 2
Use the Taxi Stand at the Back Alley to go to Akihabara Station: Electric Town South Exit. The quest marker will lead you to a model store with a shop clerk and Dr. Simmons nearby.

Longing for Akihabara Step 3
Speak with Dr. Simmons to identify the model that Vulcanusmon's part comes from.

Longing for Akihabara Step 4
Talk to the shop clerk in the red apron to purchase the action figure. Although he'll give you a very high price, Dr. Simmons will help buy it for you.

Longing for Akihabara Step 5
After getting the action figure, you'll immediately be brought back to Vulcanusmon. You'll receive your rewards shortly after.
