To start A Stubborn Fog, head to Gear Forest Village (8 Years Ago) and speak with Punimon.

Mission Guide
1 In-Between Theater From the In-Between Theater, select to go to Gear Forest Village (8 Years Ago). Talk to Punimon and listen to their story.
2 You'll be transported to Cherrymon, and it will refuse to clear out the fog. Use a DigiAttack on it to continue.
3 After fighting Cherrymon for a few turns, you'll be interrupted by an event and MegaKabuterimon will appear.
4 Defeat MegaKabuterimon to complete the mission. Use Data attribute Digimon as well as Electricity and Earth elements to hit its weaknesses.
