Fertilizer for the Soul can be unlocked during the The Final Battle Over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to finish the Side Missions, A Gift from the Hosts, A Facilitator's Woes, and Find a Lead Vocalist!, to unlock it. Once the Side Mission is unlocked, you'll receive a message from Tree Sprout (Sirenmon) in your Digivice!

To start Fertilizer for the Soul, Time Jump to Gear Forest Village (Present Day) and speak with Tree Sprout (Sirenmon) in Gear Forest: Sanctuary

Mission Guide

Talk to ShogunGekomon
After speaking to the Tree Sprout (Sirenmon), head south back to Gear Forest Village and talk to ShogunGekomon.

Find and Collect Spirit Seed
You will be tasked with finding three Spirit Seeds. Head south to Gear Forest: Shaded Woods and follow the markers on the map to locate them. Once you find a seed, interact with it on the ground to collect it.

DigiAttack Vines
Cross the gaps by interacting with the prompt. Palmon will carry you to the other side by swinging from the vines. Use DigiAttack to destroy any growths blocking the vines along the way.
4 Return to Gear Forest Village and report back to ShogunGekomon. After their conversation, Tree Sprout (Sirenmon) will give you a Fruit of Karpos Hulē, completing the mission
