The In-Between Theater is located at the Kabukicho back alley part in Shinjuku. Find the floating glowing papers surrounding the tear in the space and interact with it to enter the In-Between Theater.

Complete Reunions Bring Trouble Main Quest

The In-Between Theater becomes available after defeating Raremon during the Reunions Bring Trouble main quest. Complete the objectives for The Time Stranger main quest to lead you to the location of the In-Between Theater.
