Premonitions of Love can be unlocked during the The Final Battle over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to finish the Side Mission, What is Love, to unlock it.
Once the Side Mission is unlocked, you'll receive a message from Minveramon in your Digivice!
Meet Minervamon in Rebellion Village
To start Premonitions of Love, head to Rebellion Village (Present Day) via Time Jump and speak with Minervamon at the northern part of the map.

| 1 |  Minervamon will ask you to look for an attractive digimon. If you speak with the Tanemon and Punimon nearby, you'll get a hint that the attractive digimon that you're looking for is Beelzemon. |
| 2 |  If you don't already have Beelzemon, you'll need to digivolve it yourself. The fastest way to get Beelzemon is to digivolve it starting from Meramon. Head over to Heat Cosmic: Redflame Area at the Cosmic Terminal (Present Day) to catch the Meramon present there. Try to get Meramon up to 200% Scan Rate so it has a higher Talent limit once converted. |
| 3 |  Digivolve Meramon to SkullMeramon. If you're having difficulty reaching its stat requirements, you can level up your Meramon with Load Enhancements to further increase its stats and Talent. |
| 4 |  Once you have a SkullMeramon, you can digivolve it into a Beelzemon. As stated previously, Load Enhancements can also help you reach the required stats for the digivolution. |
| 5 |  Put Beelzemon into your Battle Members lineup and report back to Minervamon. After she runs off to the side, speak with her again to wrap up the mission and get your rewards. |
Beelzemon is the Attractive Digimon
The attractive digimon that Minervamon is looking for is Beelzemon, which is a Virus-type Mega digimon. Beelzemon can be quickly digivolved by starting from Meramon.
