Progress the Main Quest

The best way to get Anomaly Points is to progress the main missions for the story. You will receive Anomaly Points each time you complete a main quest.

All Main Missions and Walkthrough

Complete Side Quests

Side Mission Screen

Certain side quests also reward you with Anomaly Points. You can find side missions when you receive a message highlighted in yellow in your Digiline.

Prioritize Shinjuku Side Quests

It's recommended to prioritize side missions on the Shinjuku map early in the game. Once you begin the main story quest To the Untrodden World and entering the Digital World, you won’t be able to return to Shinjuku until much later.

Unlock Agent Skills

Agent Skills

You can use the Anomaly Points that you have earned to unlock Agent Skills. These Agent Skills allow you to use new Cross Arts and unlock passive effects such as boosting the stats of your Digimon for each Agent Rank.

Increase Agent Rank

The more Anomaly Points you use, the higher your Agent Rank will increase. Agent Rank is required for Digivolution, so be sure to spend points on acquiring Agent Skills to steadily increase your rank!
