The Forgetful Helpers can be unlocked during the The Final Battle Over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to finish the Side Mission, A Gift from the Hosts, to unlock it. This is part of The Helper from Shambala side mission chain.

Talk to Kotemon

To start The Forgetful Helpers, Time Jump to Factorial Town (Present Day), then head to the Paradise Colosseum and speak with Kotemon.

Talk to Volcanomon and select Master & Pupil Trio from the Challenger List.

Defeat Kotemon, Zanbamon, and Musyamon to advance.

Talk to Kotemon again to complete the mission and unlock the Susanomon the Hero side mission, which is required to progress in The Helper from Shambala side mission.

A team of Vaccine and Virus Type Digimon is recommended for this fight, as Zanbamon and Musyamon are weak to Vaccine, while Kotemon is weak to Virus.

You can also use Character Reversal on Kotemon to make it weak to Vaccine, allowing you to run an all-Vaccine team more effectively. In addition to this reversal strategy, having Fire and Electricity skills in your team composition will help deal extra damage against all three opponents.

It is also important to use buffs and debuffs such as Attack Charge or Guard Charge to strengthen your team, and Attack Bind or Guard Bind to weaken their offense and defense.
