Digimon in the Farm Earn EXP and Can Gather Materials
You can move Digimon from your box and place them to the Digifarm. Those placed on the farm can gain EXP and gather materials.
A total of 30 Digimon can be placed on the Digifarm. If you exceed the limit, you can transfer one back to your box to free up space.
Place Items to Customize the Farm
You can place decorative items on the Digifarm and add more terrain tiles.
Note that there is a limit on how many tiles and items you can place on the farm, giving you with at least 492 tiles and 250 items to add.
Placed Items Does Nothing
The items you place in the Digifarm are for cosmetic purposes only and do not affect the training of your Digimon.
Train Digimon Using Training Sets
You can also train Digimon to increase their stats or change its Personality. Choose the Training option and select one of the available Training Sets. Check each Training Set to see which stat it increases and how it changes a Digimon's Personality.
Training a Digimon takes 30 minutes in real-world time to complete, but you can speed up this process by selecting Quick Complete Training and spending Yen.
Training Sets Have Unlimited Uses
Training Sets can be used an unlimited number of times, though you can only concurrently use them depending on how many sets that you own. If you want to two Digimon to use the Treadmill A set, you need two copies of that set.
Reply to Mirei Mikagura's Message to Continue Training a Digimon
You will receive a message from Mirei Mikagura whenever a Digimon has completed their training. You can reply to her message to have the Digimon continue its training without having to go her directly to access the Digifarm.
Feed Digimon to Increase Its Bond
You can feed Digimon on the Digifarm to increase its Bond bit by bit. You can purchase food for your Digimon at Item Shops across the map.
Note that you cannot feed a Digimon while it is training. You need to wait for them to finish training or cancel it before you can feed them food.
How to Unlock Digifarm
Find the Door to the In-Between Theater
You unlock the Digifarm after finding the door leading to the In-Between Theater at the Kabukicho back alley in Shinjuku as part of The Time Stranger main quest. This is done after defeating Raremon in a boss fight during the Reunions Bring Trouble main quest.
Once you enter the In-Between Theater, talk to the receptionist and select "I wanna check out the Digifarm" to access it.
