Register All 475 Digimon on the Field Guide
The most challenging part after completing the main story is to register all 475 Digimon on the Field Guide.
Many of these Digimon require specific methods to unlock, such as boosting a specific stat or by creating Digi-Eggs and Digimon Spirits from Volcanusmon.
Collect All 451 Digimon Cards
Another time consuming activity is collecting all 451 Digimon cards. Some of these cards can be purchased from Card Shops, though there are others that can only be obtained by fulfilling specific unlock conditions.
Complete the 3 DLC Outer Dungeons
Outer Dungeons are optional content that provides challenges for you to overcome in exchange of rewards and chance to obtain powerful digimon. Outer Dungeons are scattered across the world and must be found to be accessed from their entrance or the In-between theater.
DLC Outer Dungeons Are Not Included for 100%
Aside from the game's main outer dungeons, there are also 3 paid Outer Dungeon that can be purchased as DLC. These are Outer Dungeons that are not meant to become challenges but rather help your progression by providing EXP, Money, and Materials.
Complete All Side Missions
Side Missions are optional quests that appear as you progress the main story. Make sure to complete these before making progress as some of these quests are missable.
Complete the Main Story on Mega+ Difficulty
After completing the main story for the first time, a new difficulty mode called Mega+ will be available. This difficulty mode disables the ability to escape from enemy encounters and does not allow you to use items in battle.
If you complete the game in this difficulty, you unlock The Pinnacle of Existence trophy as a reward.

Obtaining all the Trophies is required to get 100 percent completion. There are a total of 46 trophies, including 3 Gold trophies, 10 Silver trophies, and 27 Bronze trophies.

Anonymous about 2 monthsYour guide is straight up wrong about outer dungeon. Only 3 are dlc and they are not required for completion. All outer dungeons means the red portals you find in the world
