You Cannot Respec Agent Skills

Strategic CP Application Agent Skill

There is no method to reset your Agent Skills in Digimon Story Time Stranger. Once you have selected and spent your Anomaly Points on the Agent Skill, you cannot refund it.

Make a Manual Save Before Unlocking an Agent Skill

A workaround for this is to make a manual save first before unlocking a specific Agent Skill.

The game gives you 15 manual save slots and 1 autosave slot that you can use to reload from a previous save where you have not yet unlocked the Agent Skill.
