Parallelmon takes increased damage from Vaccine Digimon and Light attacks. Examples of Digimon like these are Alphamon, UlforceVeedramon, and Chaosmon who have high stats and Light-element special attacks.
Parallelmon also inflicts both Injury and Disease to your Digimon as well as a lot of debuffs. Bring recovery Digimon like MarineAngemon who can clear all abnormalities, Injury, and Disease or Venusmon who can clear all debuffs while healing the whole team with their special skills. You may also rely on recovery items or recovery skills if you don't have them.
Parallelmon is a powerful Virus-type Digimon that deals mainly Dark element damage and inflicts Injury, Disease, and debuffs to your team. Follow the tips below to learn how to defeat Parallelmon effectively:

Parallelmon is weak to Vaccine Digimon and the Light element. Combining these weaknesses allows for triple damage when attacking Parallelmon, so assemble your party accordingly before challenging it.

Gaiomon and Kuzuhamon will both be in the boss fight with Parallelmon. Deal with them first since they are both strong and deals considerable damage to your team.
Gaiomon is also weak to Vaccine and Light attacks just like Parallelmon while Kuzuhamon is weak to Virus and Dark attacks. Prepare and equip skills effective against them.

Parallelmon inflicts both Injury and Disease as well as a lot of debuffs which can hinder your whole team heavily. Injury is the most problematic since it prevents you from healing your Digimon in a pinch. Use recovery skills like Restore and Dispel or recovery items to remove these and keep your team healthy.
Barrier skills like Curse Barrier and Status Barrier are also good to provide immunity to your Digimon. However, these are single target only and take a lot of turns to set up.
All Status Changes and Status Abnormalities

MarineAngemon is the best Digimon for this fight since it can remove both Injury and Disease from your whole team while healing them at the same time with its special skill, Ocean Love.
