Dreams or Reality? can be unlocked during the The Final Battle Over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to finish the Side Mission, A Gift from the Hosts, to unlock it. Once the Side Mission is unlocked, you'll receive a message from Hiroko Sagisaka in your Digivice!

Time Jump
Leave the In-Between Theater, then use Time Jump to visit any of the 13 marked locations where Hiroko Sagisaka’s Moniker can be found.

Central Tower Steel Point 8 Years Ago
You can find the 1st Moniker on Central Tower: Steel Point (8 Years Ago). Use Time Jump to travel to Central Town (8 Years Ago). Head through the Steel Maze and take the elevators up to Steel Point. The Moniker can be found gazing at the scenery near the guardrail in the northern part of the map.

Factorial Area 8 Years Ago
You can find the 2nd Moniker on Factorial Area (8 Years Ago). Use Time Jump to travel to Factorial Town (8 Years Ago). Head down to the Core area, where the Moniker can be found standing near the guardrail in the southwest part of the map.

Abyss Depths 8 Years Ago
You can find the 3rd Moniker on Abyss Depths (8 Years Ago). Use Time Jump to travel to Abyss Beach (8 Years Ago). Head to the Depths, where the Moniker is located in the southwest part of the map.

Gear Forest Sanctuary 8 Years Ago
You can find the 4th Moniker on Gear Forest: Sanctuary (8 Years Ago). Head to the Sanctuary, where the Moniker can be found lying on the ground in the northern part of the map.

You can find the 5th Moniker on Guardian Palace (8 Years Ago). Use Time Jump to travel to Guardian Palace (8 Years Ago), then head inside the palace to find the Moniker posing on the right side near the entrance.

Central Town Spiral Waterway Present Day
You can find the 6th Moniker on Central Town: Spiral Waterway (Present Day). Use Time Jump to travel to Central Town (Present Day), then enter the sewer entrance to your left. The Moniker is sitting in the top-left corner of the deepest room in the spiral underground maze.

Factorial Core Present Day
You can find the 7th Moniker on Factorial Core (Present Day). Use Time Jump to travel to Factorial Town (Present Day), then head to Vulcanusmon’s area, where the Moniker can be found next to the machine near the center of the map.

Guardian Palace Throne Room Present Day
You can find the 8th Moniker on Guardian Palace: Throne Room (Present Day). Use Time Jump to travel to Guardian Palace (Present Day). Head north to the Throne Room, where the Moniker can be found standing in admiration before the throne.

You can find the 9th Moniker on Abyss Sanctuary (Present Day). Use Time Jump to travel to Abyss Beach (Present Day), then head to the Sanctuary, where the Moniker can be found striking a threatening pose in the northeast part of the map.

You can find the 10th Moniker on Gear Forest: Floating Island Plains (Present Day). Use Time Jump to travel to Gear Forest Village (Present Day). Head to the Floating Island Plains, where the Moniker can be found gazing into the distance in the northern part of the map.

You can find the 11th Moniker on Rebellion Village (Present Day). Use Time Jump to travel there, where the Moniker can be found calling out to someone in the northwest part of the map.

Dark Garden Present Day
You can find the 12th Moniker on Dark Garden (Present Day). Use Time Jump to travel to Dark Crevasse (Present Day). Head to the Garden, where the Moniker can be found sitting on the ground outside the throne room in the northern part of the map.

Chill Cosmic Throne Room Present Day
You can find the 13th Moniker on Chill Cosmic: Throne Room (Present Day). Use Time Jump to travel to Cosmic Terminal (Present Day), then take the elevator to reach the Chill Cosmic area. Head to the Throne Room, where the Moniker is sitting behind the throne in the northern part of the map.

The In-Between Theater
After finding all of Hiroko Sagisaka’s Monikers, return to The In-Between Theater to receive a message from Hiroko Sagisaka, marking the completion of the mission.
