Between the Worlds can be unlocked during the Truth Born from an Egg Main Mission. Once the Side Mission is unlocked, you'll receive a message from Hiroko Sagisaka in your Digivice!

Go to the Akihabara Back Alley

Between the Worlds Start Location

To start Between the Worlds, head to Akihabara: A Certain Back Alley and approach the Agumon at the northeastern area of the map.

Accept Agumon's request for help and enter the Outer Dungeon.

Between the Worlds Step 2
You'll need to fight Orochimon. Thankfully, you'll also receive help from Omnimon, who'll act as a guest member. After the battle, the quest is wrapped up and you'll get your rewards!

Orochimon is a Virus type with weakness to Steel and Null attacks. Vaccine digimon such as Ryudamon and Agumon have learnable skills that can target Orochimon's weakness. Tapirmon's Attribute advantage will also be helpful in resisting Orochimon's attacks.

Since Omnimon is a powerful guest member, you can also have your digimon guard themselves and allow Omnimon to do most of the work in taking Orochimon down. As long as your team is full of Vaccine digimon, Orochimon's attacks shouldn't hit too hard.
