Witchmon's Left Arm becomes a targetable part when it begins charging its ultimate move. Destroy it quickly to stop its charge. The Left Arm has different elemental weaknesses and resistances, so adjust your strategy accordingly.

Because Witchmon deals Water attacks, it is helpful to use Water-resistant Digimon like MetalTyrannomon and Sharkmon. Simply equip these Digimon with attachment skills hitting Witchmon's weaknesses to gain the upperhand against it.
Okuwamon's Double Scissor Claw is a powerful attack that exploits Witchmon's weakness to Plant, while Sharkmon's All-Out Bombardment is a great weapon against Witchmon's Left Arm, which is weak to Steel.
How to Beat Witchmon
Use Plant and Earth Attacks
Witchmon is weak to Virus-type Digimon as well as Plant and Earth elemental attacks. By attacking it with these attributes and elements, you can gain the upperhand against Witchmon and defeat it quickly.
Destroy Left Arm with Fire and Steel Attacks
While Witchmon is charging up its Balaluna Gale attack, you can attack its left arm to interrupt it and stun it for a while. The left arm is weak to Fire and Steel attacks, so make sure your Digimon have the right skills for attacking it.
Rely on Bacchusmon for Bulk of Damage
Bacchusmon, who fights alongside you, boasts extremely high attack power and serves as your party's primary damage source. Because of this, you can rely on Bacchusmon to quickly finish off Witchmon and destroy its left arm when it prepares to charge its strong attack.
Bring Recovery Items to Undo Sleep
Witchmon frequently uses Idle Bubble to apply the Sleep effect on your Digimon, making them miss their turns. Make sure you have Recovery items to undo this effect, as well as to heal your Digimon in case they receive too much damage from Witchmon's AoE attacks.
