Side Missions are optional side quests that pop up every now and then as you progress through the game's story. If you're having a difficult time with a Side Mission, you can save it for later once your Digimon have gained more experience!

Although you might get locked out of some Side Missions during certain points in the game, you'll still be given another opportunity to complete them later on.

How to Find Side Missions

Check Your Digiline for Messages

As you progress through the game's story, you'll receive messages from people in town that are highlighted in yellow. When you see this, open up your Digiline to see what they need and get redirected to the Side Missions screen of your Digivice.

Mark the Objective of the Side Mission

On the Side Missions screen, you can see who the client is and all the rewards you can get from completing the Side Mission. You can also mark the next objective of the Side Mission on your map to easily find your way to the client!

You don't have to do all the side missions to finish the game! It's completely fine to play without the DLC side missions, but you may want to do the non-DLC side missions during your playthrough to get a high Agent Rank and unlock higher level Digivolutions
