Silent Envy can be unlocked during the The Final Battle Over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to finish the Side Mission, A Gift from the Hosts, to unlock it.
Once the Side Mission is unlocked, Time Jump to Higashi-Shinjuku: Back Alley (Present Day) and you'll receive a message from Dr. Simmons in your Digivice!

| 1 |  You’ll need to search around Shinjuku and Akihabara to find Dr. Kuga's Core Dump. Once you spot a Kuramon, use DigiAttack and defeat it. |
| 2 |  You can find the 1st Core Dump in Shinjuku: A Certain Back Alley (Present Day), located in the northeast part of the map. You can reach this area by heading southwest from Shinjuku: East Shopping District (Present Day) or by using Time Jump from The In-Between Theater. |
| 3 |  You can find the 2nd Core Dump in Shinjuku: East Shopping District (Present Day), located at the center of the map. You can reach this area by heading south from Shinjuku: A Certain Back Alley (Present Day). |
| 4 |  You can find the 3rd Core Dump in Higashi-Shinjuku: Vision Square (Present Day), located at the center of the map. You can reach this area by heading south from Higashi-Shinjuku: Koshu-Kaido Intersection (Present Day). |
| 5 |  You can find the 4th Core Dump in Higashi-Shinjuku: Koshu-Kaido Intersection (Present Day), located at the center of the map. You can reach this area by heading north from Higashi-Shinjuku: Vision Square (Present Day) |
| 6 |  You can find the 5th Core Dump in Shinjuku: Kabukicho, Theater Square (Present Day), located in the northwest part of the map. You can reach this area by heading southwest from Shinjuku: A Certain Back Alley (Present Day). |
| 7 |  You can find the 6th Core Dump in Seibu-Shinjuku: Overbridge Intersection (Present Day), located in the eastern part of the map. You can reach this area by taking the western road from Higashi-Shinjuku: Vision Square (Present Day). |
| 8 |  You can find the 7th Core Dump in Wall of Hope (Present Day), located at the center of the map. You can reach this area by heading north from Seibu-Shinjuku: Overbridge Intersection (Present Day). |
| 9 |  You can find the 8th Core Dump in Shinjuku Station: East Gate (Present Day), located in the northwest part of the map. You can reach this area by entering Shinjuku Station from the south side of Higashi-Shinjuku: Vision Square (Present Day). |
| 10 |  You can find the 9th Core Dump in Shinjuku Underground: Promenade (Present Day), located in the southwest part of the map. You can reach this area by heading east from Shinjuku Station: East Gate (Present Day). |
| 11 |  You can find the 10th Core Dump in Shinjuku Underground Town: Subroad (Present Day), located in the northeast part of the map. You can reach this area by taking the stairs down from Higashi-Shinjuku: Vision Square (Present Day). |
| 12 |  You can find the 11th Core Dump in Marunonaka Line: Shinjuku Station (Present Day), located in the western part of the map. You can reach this area by taking the southern stairs down from Shinjuku Underground Town: Subroad (Present Day). |
| 13 |  You can find the 12th Core Dump in Akihabara Station: Electric Town South Exit (Present Day), located in the northern part of the map. You can reach this area by taking a taxi and selecting the location with the same name. |
| 14 |  You can find the 13th Core Dump in Akihabara: A Certain Back Alley (Present Day), located in the western part of the map. You can reach this area by heading north from Akihabara Station: Electric Town South Exit (Present Day). |
| 15 |  After finding all of Dr. Kuga's Core Dump, return to the In-Between Theater to receive a message from Dr. Simmons, marking the completion of the mission. |
