There is no character creation in Digimon Story: Time Stranger. The game only allows you to pick a pre-set character with the only customizable options being their name and gender.

Buy Costumes from Shop

You can change your character's appearance by buying costumes from Costume Shops. Special costumes can be obtained by pre-ordering the game, purchasing special editions, or buying add-ons as DLC.
