The Beautiful Knight Corps can be unlocked during the The Final Battle Over the Natural Order Main Mission. You may need to clear the Blink and You'll Miss It side mission first before this becomes available.

Meet Dynasmon in Central Tower

To start The Beautiful Knight Corps, head to Central Tower: Steel Point (Present Day) and speak with Dynasmon.

Mission Guide
1 Head to the Central Tower: Steel Point and talk to Dynasmon.
2
Talk to LordKnightmon Back Alley
You'll be asked to look for LordKnightmon in Akihabara. You can find it in the Back Alley parking lot.
3 After talking to LordKnightmon, you'll need to face 3 waves of 3 Knightmon each. Make sure you have skills that target all enemies to beat them quickly. Another battle will follow after this.
4 After defeating all the Knightmon, you will face off against Lobomon. Defeat it to complete the mission and unlock A Display of Beautiful Swordplay.

Lobomon does not have an attribute weakness. Instead, it has a double weakness to Dark element skills. As you won't have time to adjust your party before fighting it, it's best to have at least one Virus attribute Digimon with a multi-target skill to wide out the 9 Knightmon. You'll also want strong Dark damage dealers for Lobomon.
