Side Mission Unlock Conditions

One Shield Maker's Struggle can be unlocked during The Final Battle over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to start the Royal Knights, Assemble Side Mission to unlock it.

Once the Side Mission is unlocked, you'll receive a message from Gallantmon in your Digivice!

Meet Gallantmon in Factorial Town

One Shield Maker

To start One Shield Maker's Struggle, head to Factorial Town (Present Day) via Time Jump and speak with Gallantmon near the Crafting Shop.

One Shield Maker
After accepting Gallantmon's request, you'll shortly engage in a fight with Chaosdramon. However, it'll run away once you get it down to half of its HP.

One Shield Maker
The Chaodramon will return to fight you again. This time, you'll need to knock it out completely. Gallantmon will also be part of the fight, so it won't be too hard.

Finish the conversation with Gallantmon to get your rewards. After this, Gallantmon will go to the rendezvous point for the Royal Knights, Assemble! Side Mission.

Chaosdramon is a Virus type with Water and Ice weaknesses, so you can bring Vaccine digimon like MarineAngemon, Kentaurosmon, and Neptunemon. Prioritize using Magic attacks as Chaosdramon's SPI is lower than its DEF.

You can use skills like Magic Bind and Magic Field to further reduce Chaosdramon's SPI and deal more damage with Magic attacks. Gallantmon's attacks will also chip away a lot of Chaosdramon's HP, so stay on the offensive to end the fight faster.
