Follow these tips in order to complete the Protect the Giant Digimeat 3 Outer Dungeon mission:

Spam Digimon Attacks
The best tactic for this challenge is simply to mash the DigiAttack button and defeat enemies before they are able to zoom past you.
If this method is not feasible at your current level, you may need to gain a few more levels and come back with stronger Digimon.
Equip Various Elemental Attacks
Let your team equip a wide variety of elemental attacks so that your DigiAttacks deal increased damage, allowing you to take out enemies in a single hit.

Climb Bridge to Hit Flying Digimon
Some enemies will fly too high up for you to hit from the ground. In order to reach them, run up the elevated bridge at the center of the map and DigiAttack them from up there.
It's worth noting that the flying Digimon float downwards close to the end, so you can still reach them if you miss them on the bridge.
Keep Map Open at All Times
Keep your on-screen map open at all times, so you are aware of where enemies are spawning and where their current positions are for you to be able to respond quick enough.
