Find a Lead Vocalist! can be unlocked during the The Final Battle Over the Natural Order Main Mission. You'll also need to finish the Side Missions, A Gift from the Hosts and A Facilitator's Woes, to unlock it. This is part of the Royal Knights, Assemble! side mission chain.

Mission Guide
1 Bacchusmon will ask you to locate ShogunGekomon. Head to Gear Forest: Sanctuary by traveling north past Gear Forest: Deep Woods.
2 You’ll find ShogunGekomon and Leopardmon confronting GranKuwagamon in the northern area of Gear Forest: Sanctuary. Interact with them to join the battle and help defeat GranKuwagamon.

3 After the battle, ShogunGekomon will agree to join Bacchusmon’s band as their lead vocalist. Once the conversation concludes, the mission will be completed. This will also unlock the Fertilizer for the Soul side mission.

A team of any attribute with strong Fire and Light skills is recommended for this fight, as GranKuwagamon is a Free Type Digimon and is weak to these elements.

Rosemon BM is especially useful for this battle, as its high SPI and SPD make it an excellent healer-buffer, while also allowing it to deal increased increased Light damage to Insectoid types with its Aguichant Lèvres special skill.

It is also important to use buffs and debuffs such as Attack Charge or Guard Charge to strengthen your team, and Attack Bind or Guard Bind to weaken GranKuwagamon’s offense and defense.
