    It does not! Prankster only applies to skill debuff effects like attack down, defense down, and etc. Leviamon's Tail Crush only applies Instant Death which does not count as a skill debuff effect.

    Prankster Effect: Boosts the success chance of debuff/status skills. What counts as a “debuff/status skill”: Skills that directly reduce stats (ATK, DEF, INT, SPD, etc.) or apply a status condition (Poison, Sleep, Confusion, DEF Reduction, etc.). What does NOT count: Skills that are flat damage only, healing, or Instant Death skills themselves. Info comes from Chat GPT (cause i cbf reasearching everything) and it took its information from this site.
