How to Get: Go to Brentwood Outpost and find the Storage House key next to the cages inside the outpost. Next to that area should be a locked door, which you can unlock and find the chest behind it.

How to Get: In Spalding Bandit Lair, find the guard with the key and retrieve it from him. Once you have it, find one of the shacks with a locked door, and that shack should contain the chest containing this armor.

How to Get: In Halstead Outpost, look for the grill above the room containing the chest. Shoot out the door bar from the grill, go down and open the door. The chest is in that room.
