You need to walk through a tree trunk with a skull mask on it west of the wealth's marker. Afterwards, inside of the shipwreck, you must walk towards the other side facing the sea until the chest loses its ice cover for you to be able to acces it.

Same as the stone in the area, you must walk through the illusion to make the wrecked ships appear. Simply walk up to the chest afterwards and claim the wealth.
