Inside of the Utangard Chasm; the chest is in the middle of a circular set of pillars. You can find the key on a Jotun outside of the Chasm.

You can get to this chest by searching for a breakable roof section on the plateau on top of Utangard Chasm.

Search for a gap in the wall, near where the marker is for the treasure. It is along the trail leading down towards the Utangard Chasm.
