In our opinion, Wind Tribe Claude is the best value hero in this banner. He is a formidable unit on the battlefield with his heavy burst damage in player phase and having access to multiple sources of damage reduction to keep himself alive on enemy phase.

He also has amazing fodder for Skill Inheritance with Lethality, Atk/Spd Prime 4, and Atk/Spd Oath 4 all being very good skills to give to your favorite units.

For the most part, this summon does not warrant spending many orbs on. While the heroes here are powerful in their own right, they aren't gamebreaking enough to warrant spending orbs, especially with the Choose Your Legends 7: Turn of Fate banner still active.

After spending your orbs on the Turn of Fate banner, we recommend saving up your orbs in preparation for future banners, making the Winds Offered banner an unfortunate circumstance of bad timing, being released after such a great banner as Turn of Fate.
