If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+6 to unit during combat, neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and prevent unit's follow-up attacks, and also, if unit's Spd ≥ foe's Spd+5, foe cannot counterattack. If foe's Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res.
