Pull for Hoshidan Summer Micaiah!
The best unit in this banner is hands down Hoshidan Summer Micaiah. On top of her great supporting ability, she can double down as an offensive unit as well. This is thanks to her Dawn Suzu granting effective damage against both cavalry and armored foes. Dawn Suzu also disables skills that change attack priority. This makes her a hard counter to units like Lewyn who rely on attack priority changing skills.
Her ability as a refresher-assist unit is also competent as she sports Fireflood Dance 2 which grants a bonus to Atk and Res to any unit she refreshes.
