Pull for Pirate Tibarn and Pirate Veronica!
The best units in this banner are Pirate Tibarn and Pirate Veronica from the colorless and green stones respectively. Pirate Tibarn gets a power boost and a guaranteed follow-up attack from not being adjacent to allies. He also has two powerful skills that enjoy great synergy with each other, Galeforce and Heavy Blade 4.
On the other hand, Pirate Veronica is a harmonized hero. Like duo heroes, they have access to an exclusive active skill, the harmonized skill. Pirate Veronica's harmonized skill grants her and all of her allies in the same Fire Emblem Titles as Veronica and Xander defensive effects for 1 turn. With all of the Fates and Heroes characters out there, this can benefit a wide number of teams.
In addition to her harmonized skill, her kit consists of other buffs, debuffs and an skills that make her stronger when no allies are around. This makes her a very versatile hero that can act as a wall but dish out decent amounts of damage as well.
Geese is available at a 4 Star Rarity
This banner's 4 Star Summon is Geese. In addition to his 5 Star appearance rate, his 4 Star version has a 3% appearance rate, making it pretty easy to pull him. If you really want this unit, you can just shoot for a 4 Star version and then unlock his potential to make him a 5 star.
