Now what is disgusting is that L!Azura is 9.9 but NY!Peony 9.5, when effectively a double dancer grants better movement than a +1 movement, and is better in competitive modes like Arena and AR.

Hero Battles are a bad way to measure a units skill as they are doable with most units in any tier. Lyn is not 9.9, pls demote to at least 9.5.
