┗ Get 3 Aeviter Star Wings from Sand Aeviters or others in Sylvalum.
┗ Get an Obsidian fragment from Eternal Millesaurs or others in Primordia.
・Talk to Tora in the Admnistrative District.
・Head to Noctilum's Divine Roost.
・Get a Guardian Etherscale from Telethia, the Endbringer at the Divine Roost.
・Talk to Tora in the Administrative District.
