The most common ways to heal in Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition are doing Soul Challenges, responding to Soul Voice Prompts, and using Arts. Learn how to heal in battle and outside of battle by reading our guide below!
List of Contents

Soul Challenges are your main way of healing while in combat. Always aim for a Perfect, by pressing B when the ring is in the highlighted area, to get the highest amount of HP possible.

Responding to an ally's Soul Voice prompt will reward you with a bit of health. Consider saving your Arts to activate a Soul Voice prompt and use their secondary effect.

Some Arts can restore a character's HP over time or when they do specific attacks. These are mostly blue Aura Arts that grant a character buffs.
