Chapter 4 Walkthrough: The Ganglion Menace
Step-by-Step Walkthrough

| 1 | After completing the required missions: Builders of a Legacy and The Probe-fessional, gather your team and head to the BLADE Barracks Conference Room to begin the next mission. After a dinner scene with your team, the mission officially starts. ►Chapter 3: Builders of a Legacy |
| 2 | Exit the Barracks and fast travel to a nearby probe, preferably one near Primordia’s Green Threshold. Follow the quest marker until you reach Lao Huang. A cutscene will play, and Lao will join your party. ►How to Fast Travel |
| 3 | Travel to the Lifehold Unit in Noctilum. If you've explored Noctilum before and installed data probes, fast travel to a nearby site for a quicker route. Use the Follow Ball to track your objective. Be prepared for tougher enemies ranging from Level 11 to 16. |
| 4 | After a cutscene, you must decide on a route. Avoid following Elma’s suggestion to go straight ahead, as that path is swarming with aggressive enemies. Instead, take the mountain cave route. This path is safer, with only Level 12 enemies. |
| 5 | Upon exiting the cave, expect to encounter hostile Teniscula and Suid enemies. Fight cautiously and retreat if necessary. |
| 6 | Upon reaching your destination, a cutscene will introduce you to a L’cirufe. Afterward, install a Data Probe at FN Site 219 to unlock fast travel for later. |
| 7 | Continue forward to face Lambert, the Strong Wind, a Tyrant. Lambert isn’t too difficult. Attack from a distance while letting your teammates engage up close. |
| 8 | After another cutscene, you’ll battle three Level 15 Prone Destroyers. Have your teammates conserve as much TP as possible during this fight as you’ll need it for the next battle. |
| 9 |  Prepare for the chapter’s final boss fight against Goetia and two Marnuck Rocks (all Level 16). ・ Defeat the Marnuck Rocks first to weaken Goetia’s defense. ・ Cancel previous commands to let teammates freely use TP Arts. ・ Goetia uses Electric-based attacks, so equip Scouters for resistance. ・ Rely on Soul Voices to trigger key actions during battle. |
| 10 |  After the fight, Goetia escapes. Fast travel back to the BLADE Tower and report to Commander Vandham to complete the chapter. ▶ Chapter 5: Ma-non Maneuvers |
