Chapter 5 Walkthrough: Ma-non Maneuvers

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

#	Walkthrough
1	To begin Chapter 5, ensure you have completed the following prerequisites: The Ganglion Menace mission, Renewed Will Affinity Mission, and installed at least one data probe in Oblivia Once these requirements are met, head to the conference room in the BLADE Barracks to start the mission. A cutscene will play, officially beginning the quest. ►Chapter 4: The Ganglion Menace
2	After the cutscene, fast travel to Oblivia using a data probe you've installed. From there, head north until another cutscene triggers. Afterward, follow the quest marker to locate the mysterious xenomorphs. On your way, you'll reach FN Site 302—install a data probe here to unlock a new fast travel point. ►How to Fast Travel
3	Keep moving south until you reach the quest marker, which will trigger another cutscene. Your next objective is to destroy the air turrets around the area. However, be cautious as enemies are hidden in the terrain and may attack unexpectedly.
4	Head to the first turret as marked on the map. Be careful as this area is surrounded by high-level enemies (Lv. 50+), so avoid unnecessary battles. Destroy the Targeter Zig turret, then move on to the next one following the quest marker.
5	While heading to the second turret, you'll come across FN Site 306. Install a data probe here to unlock another fast travel point. Then, continue west to reach the next objective.
6	You'll reach a bridge swarming with enemies that you must defeat in order to cross. This battle can be tough, so be prepared. After crossing the bridge, the second turret is nearby. However, it's surrounded by multiple Prone enemies. You can sneak past most of them and only engage in fights when necessary. The Targeter Zig is positioned on a cliff, take it down to destroy the second turret.
7	Follow the quest marker to locate the final turret while avoiding enemies as much as possible. The last turret is heavily guarded and located atop a mountain. Soldiers are stationed along the way, but you can climb the walls to bypass most fights. Once at the top, defeat the Targeter Zig to complete the objective.
8	With all turrets destroyed, fast travel back to FN Site 302 and return to the Ma-non creatures. Follow the quest marker if you don't remember their exact location. When you arrive, the Ma-nons will be missing. A cutscene will play, showing an explosion nearby. Head toward the blast site to rescue them.
9	Upon arrival, you'll find the Ma-nons surrounded by Ganglion forces A boss fight will begin against Chief Qmoeva, who is accompanied by two Platoon Qmoevas. At the start of the battle, focus on defeating the two Platoon Qmoevas first before engaging Chief Qmoeva. Eliminating them quickly will make the fight easier and prevent them from overwhelming your team. It is important to coordinate your attacks and ensure that everyone targets the same enemy. Using Soul Voices and team synergy will help maximize your damage output. Once the minions are defeated, turn your attention to Chief Qmoeva. Be prepared for stronger attacks and maintain your defenses while dealing consistent damage. Keep an eye on your health and use healing abilities if necessary. When Chief Qmoeva is finally defeated, the battle will end, and a cutscene will play.
10	After the battle, a long cutscene will play, during which your character will lose consciousness and wake up back in New LA. Here, you'll learn more about Mimeosomes. Once the cutscene ends, head to the BLADE Tower for another scene, marking the end of Chapter 5. ▶ Chapter 6: Dark Matters
