Mia will act in a hybrid capacity for this build, supporting and providing offense options. She takes advantage of Ether and Gravity-related Arts, elements which are commonly seen with targets late-game.
Clarity Ray is Mia's signature Art designed to boost the party's Ether Resistance and cleanse debuffs without TP cost, making this one of the best arts in the game that Mia is privy to use.
Full Specs will boost Mia's Potential, Ranged Attack and Ether Resistance while Gravity Cloak boosts Gravity Resistance. She can then debuff targets with Subterfuge and Myopic Screen to damage targets even more.
Mia has excellent ranged attack options with Beam Barrage and Beam Bomber, both high-damage non-TP Arts. Gravity Blast then helps apply Topple to targets.

Mia's Skills are also very flexible, providing good options for both Offense and Defense. Resistant Flesh boosts Mia's personal resistance to debuffs while Tactical Analyst helps improve her debuffing capabilities.
Other skill choices include Inner Search to boost Potential further or a choice between Beam Boost, Ether Boost or Gravity Boost to increase her damage on one of these elements, preferably choosing Ether or Gravity late-game.

Best Role During Combat
Flexible Powerhouse and Support
Mia is a lategame powerhouse able to provide flexible offense and defense options for the party with a very excellent kit to boot, meant to handle late-game targets that have Gravity and Ether-connected elements.
Her best Arts require almost no TP usage, making her easy-to-use and allowing her to reliably buff the party, debuff and dish out great damage against targets, making her a great post-game mainstay for the player's team.
Her main disadvantage is her recruiting requirements, requiring more than five missions to complete over several chapters making her basically only available for post-game.
