Psycho Launcher arts consists of many debuffs that makes targets more vulnerable, such as Stellar Ray, Jetstream, and Heroic Tale.
Psycho Launchers are ranged weapons that rapidly fire projectiles at the target. They are not hand held like other weapons but are controlled by telekinesis.
Although the damage per projectile is argubly low compared to other weapons, the Psycho Launchers makes up for this in the number of projectiles fired per attack.

Psycho Launchers are the standard ranged weapons of the Blast Fencer and Galactic Knight classes. Players can't change their weapon type once they've selected their class. The only way to do so is by changing classes.
