How to Recruit Mia
Unlock by Completing Her Questline
Mia can be recruited after completing her questline starting from Mamma Mia! in Chapter 3, and ending with Mia is Missing! in Chapter 11. The Mia is Missing! normal mission will show on the map after surveying at least 65% of Cauldros.
Check the table above to see the whole questline to recruit Mia, including all 18 normal missions and affinity missions combined (excluding story missions) to unlock her.

Is she missable? I went to Chapter 5 to unlock overdrive before recruiting party memebrs, but I can no longer see her quest "Mamma Mia!" on the map
