Enter the BLADE Barracks in New Los Angeles and find the Customization Center.

Access the Division Menu

Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition - Change Division

Interact with the Network Console and select the Change Division option.

Select Your New Division

Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition - Division List

Browse through the available Divisions and select the one you wish to join.

Unlike the original game, there is no longer a fee when switching Divisions.

What Are Divisions?

Specialized Groups Within BLADE

Flying Mechs

Divisions in Xenoblade Chronicles X are specialized groups within BLADE, each focusing on different tasks that contribute to humanity’s survival on Mira.

In the original game, your chosen Division determines how you earn Division Points (DP), which are used to increase your BLADE Level. However, this mechanic has been removed from the Definitive Edition.

Each Division excels in specific activities, such as exploring, combat, scavenging, or completing missions, making them suitable for different playstyles.
