This build revolves on building self-boosts to Celica via Primer or Full Specs until she unleashes Executioner. This will be her build-up method to gain damage.
Violent Streak and Zero Zero allows Celica to boost her TP gain to immediately reactivate Overdrive. Black Bane can be used alongisde Black Butterfly to take advantage of Ether damage and debuff bonuses.
Ghostwalker allows temporary evasion of enemy attacks while Energy Source allows Celica to boost TP. Arts such as Repair, or Absorber Skin can also be used if needed.

Celica is supported by a great range of Skills in her kit. Pick Inner Search to boost Potential stats, increasing her damage with her TP Arts.
Another crucial skill is Red Zone, synergizing with Violent Streak due to the TP gain boost while boosting her Critical stats in Overdrive.
The player can then choose between Mindscape, Aura Burst or Steady Hand, all of which can boost her Max TP, Aura Duration or Ranged Accuracy respectively.

Best Role During Combat
Self-Sustaining High Damage Support
Celica is a late-game powerhouse designed to boost herself and deal huge damage when using Overdrive. This makes her one of the best character investments in-game that can easily take down high-level Tyrants if built properly.
There is a caveat when using Celica however, as she requires some player attention to properly setup her full damage while rendering her team support capabilities moot.
