This build focuses on Neilnail's ability to inflict status debuffs as secondary effects aiding her kit, while focusing on reliable healing, TP generation and Ether damage.
Blood Sacrifice is a very risky bet for Neilnail but this allows for faster TP gain with the risk being offset by Astral Protection and Shadowrunner assuming you have other healing skills with other team members at play. This allows her to activate Overdrive faster.
Hundred Shells will serve as a high-damage TP Art paired with primary Arts such as Side Slash or Electric Surge. Jetstream and Conduction Rise applies Blaze, Shock and Stun respectively, making other targets vulnerable to your teammates that have this damage attribute in their kit.

Neilnail's skills support her entire Arts and are good across the board, this is signified by the fact that her first four Skills are already great at boosting her capabilities.
Ether Boost allows Neilnail to increase her Ether Damage, the attribute her kit is focused on. Aura Assault and Supreme Sword will boost her melee damage even further.
Knight's Soul provides extra TP to support Overdrive. This can be replaced by Fast Forward to speed-up her Arts cooldown when doing melee combos.

Status Debuffs and Melee Fighter
Neilnail has similar gameplay to Elma and Murderess in which their main role is to deal frontal melee damage to targets.
Her unique offering compared to the abovementioned characters is her versatile capability to apply status debuffs and self-heal while also triggering Overdrive quick, making her viable for players to choose till endgame.
