Find a Torch Next to a Cave Opening
Found in the Northwest of Silent Mire

The easiest way to go to the Rock Cavern is by fast traveling to Silent Mire. After teleporting and moving the camera, you will see a torch next to a cave opening. Go there and you will discover the location.

You can also find it by going to these map coordinates: X: 7.86 and Y: 16.75. You can check these values at the bottom center area of the map screen.
