Rainfall Doll is obtained as a reward for participating in events and spinning the roulette in Prize Derbies.
Note that events and Prize Derbies are time-limited and may not always be available.
Exchange for Clovers
You can also exchange 20 Clovers for a Rainfall Doll via the Clover Exchange at the Store. This is only recommended if you have plenty of leftover Clovers, since Clovers can be used to purchase Scout Tickets.
How to Use Rainfall Doll
Use in Non-Career Races
Rainfall Doll is used before starting a non-Career race to change the weather of a race to Rain and the track condition to Heavy. This is useful if your Trainee has the skills and aptitude for these conditions.
You can use other consumables alongside a Rainfall Doll, except for a Sunshine Doll as it creates a conflict.
