    banners usually end right before 2200/10pm UTC since new banners start at 2200/10pm UTC (4pm CST/2pm PST). i think whatever day they're listed to end is the same for everyone (i.e the kitasan rerun ended on 12/29/25 2159/9:59pm UTC/3:59pm CST/1:59pm PST) besides like eastern europe where it would start after midnight but they give the official duration via announcement mail in-game a day or two before the banner starts
