Sharp Gaze, unlike Murmur or Tether, affects only racers in a limited cone range. The range is the same for its upgraded version All-Seeing Eyes, and is increased by having Late Surger Savvy ◯.

This means this can be dodged by Front Runners (or even Pace Chasers) far enough ahead, or by End Closers who are far on the outside if they are not behind the debuffer.
